Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fortune Synthesis. Please read them — by using the service you agree to them.

Acceptance of these terms

Fortune Synthesis is operated by Fortune Synthesis Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”). The service is available at www.fortunesynthesis.com. By creating an account, buying a reading, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fortune Synthesis. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. The readings we produce depend on the birth details you give us — please provide accurate date, time, and place of birth so your reading is as precise as possible. We aren’t responsible for results affected by inaccurate information you supply.

The service & how readings are produced

Fortune Synthesis draws on several established traditions of astrology and metaphysics and applies our own proprietary methods, models, and software to produce an integrated, readable reading. The methods, processes, models, prompts, and systems we use to create readings are our confidential and proprietary intellectual property. Readings are interpretive and for reflection and entertainment only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, you must not rely on them as such, and any decision you make remains entirely your own.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and payments are processed by Stripe. We currently offer:

• A free preview reading, at no charge.
• The Complete Synthesis report — a one-off purchase of S$88.
• Compatibility readings — S$12 each, or S$30 for the bundle.
• Membership — S$35 per month or S$388 per year, which delivers monthly and weekly forecasts.

The Complete Synthesis report and compatibility readings are one-off purchases. Membership is a subscription that renews automatically — at the end of each billing period your plan renews and your payment method is charged at the then-current price, until you cancel. We’ll let you know in advance of any price change. For when payments may or may not be refunded, please see our Refund Policy.

Cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account or through the customer portal. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and it won’t renew after that. Cancelling does not entitle you to any refund of the current period, including any unused portion — membership fees are non-refundable even where the period is only partially used. Intellectual property

The personal reading we generate for you is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. Everything else — the Fortune Synthesis engine, our content, our brand, and our software — remains our property (or our licensors’) and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest the service or its content by automated means.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialise your readings or any part of the service.
• Abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.

Disclaimer

Fortune Synthesis is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified professional. The service and all readings are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any reading is accurate or that any result or outcome will follow from it. You use the service entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any action or decision you take based on a reading. Your choices always matter more than any chart.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that we — together with our directors, officers, employees, and service providers — will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for any harm, loss, or decision arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any reading, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific reading or membership period that gave rise to the claim (and, if you paid nothing, to S$50). Your sole and exclusive remedy if you are dissatisfied with the service is to stop using it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of Singapore.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to run the service (for example, payment processing and sign-in). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. The service may also be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or changed from time to time, and we are not liable for any such unavailability or interruption.

Changes to the service & these terms

We may update, improve, or change the service over time, and we may revise these terms. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. Terms that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
