How We Use Your Information
A plain-English companion to our Privacy Policy. Here is exactly what we collect, what each piece is used for, and what we promise never to do with it. Our goal is simple: no surprises.

What we collect and what we use it for

The chart data is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the written narrative of your reading. Your birth profile is stored in your account so you don’t have to re-enter it. |
| Your generated readings and forecasts | Stored in your account (Supabase) so you can re-access and download them whenever you like. |
| Payment information | Entered directly with Stripe. We receive a confirmation and your billing email, but never your full card number. |
The role of AI
To turn your raw chart numbers into a readable, personal narrative, we send the computed chart data to Anthropic (Claude). Anthropic returns the written words; we assemble them into your reading. Per Anthropic’s API terms, the data we send for generation is not used to train AI models.
Where it’s stored
Your account, birth profile, and readings are stored with Supabase. Payments are handled by Stripe. We run the service through a small set of trusted providers: Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Railway, Anthropic, Resend, and Cloudflare. We share your data only with the sub-processors needed to actually run Fortune Synthesis — no one else.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
- We do not let your data be used to train AI models.
Your control
Your information is yours. You can request access to it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — just email support@fortunesynthesis.com and we’ll take care of it.
