What we collect and what we use it for

The role of AI
To turn your chart into a readable, personal narrative, we use automated and AI-assisted processing. Where this involves a third-party AI provider, we send only the data needed to generate your reading, and that data is not used to train their models. The methods, models, and systems we use to produce readings are our own proprietary intellectual property.
Where it’s stored
Your account, birth profile, and readings are stored securely with trusted infrastructure providers, and payments are handled by a dedicated payment provider. We share your data only with the providers needed to actually run Fortune Synthesis — no one else.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
- We do not let your data be used to train AI models.
Your control
Your information is yours. You can request access to it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — just email support@fortunesynthesis.com and we’ll take care of it.
