Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Fortune Synthesis collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep it short and plain.

Fortune Synthesis is operated by Leo Trading Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, at www.fortunesynthesis.com. This policy covers the personal data we handle when you sign in, create readings, and pay for our service. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD). What we collect

Your Google account email — you sign in with Google, handled through Supabase Auth.
Birth details you enter — your name, birth date, birth time, birth place, and sex — which we use to compute your chart.
Your generated readings and forecasts, which we store in your account so you can return to them.
Payment information is handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your data only to run the service. Specifically, we use it to:

Compute your chart from the birth details you provide.
Generate your readings and email them to you.
Run your account and membership.
Process your payments.
Maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Legal basis and consent

We process your data to provide the service you have asked for and to meet our obligations to you. By signing in and entering your birth details, you consent to us using that data to generate and store your readings as described here. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us to delete your data.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do share it with trusted sub-processors — third parties that process data on our behalf so the service can work. Some of these operate outside Singapore. They are:

Stripe — payments.
Supabase — authentication and database.
Vercel — web hosting.
Railway — the compute engine.
Anthropic / Claude — generates your reading’s text from your chart data.
Resend — emails your reading to you.
Cloudflare — DNS and email routing.

International transfers

Because some of our sub-processors operate outside Singapore, your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled with a standard of protection comparable to that under Singapore law.

Data retention

We keep your account data and readings for as long as your account is active, so you can return to them. If you ask us to delete your data, or close your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, payment records for tax and accounting).

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and access controls that limit who can reach it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to use reputable providers that do the same.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To do any of these, simply email us at support@fortunesynthesis.com and we’ll help. We honour Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies, to understand how the site is used. We may also use Google Analytics. We use these only to improve the service, not to track you across other websites.

Children

Fortune Synthesis is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date below. Significant changes will be reflected here, so please check back occasionally.
