Refund Policy
Fortune Synthesis is operated by Fortune Synthesis Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). All prices are in SGD and payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Please read this policy before you buy: our readings are digital, personalised, and delivered immediately, so all sales are final and non-refundable.
All sales are final
Every reading we sell — the Complete Synthesis report, Compatibility readings and bundles, and any other one-off purchase — is a digital, personalised product generated specifically for you and delivered immediately. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that the product is delivered to you at once, and you agree that no refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or cooling-off right applies, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Please read the free preview and the product description carefully before you buy, so you know exactly what you are receiving.
If your reading didn’t arrive
If a technical fault meant you didn’t receive a reading you paid for, just email us at support@fortunesynthesis.com — we will investigate and, where appropriate, send you your reading. This is us completing your order, not a refund. If you were genuinely charged twice for the same order, email us and we will correct the duplicate charge (a billing-error correction, not a product refund).
Memberships
Membership (S$35 per month, or S$388 per year) is an auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account through the customer portal; cancelling stops all future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds for any membership payment — including the current period or any past period.
No refund is given for a partially-used period. If you cancel partway through a month or year, your membership stays active until that paid period ends, but the payment for that period is not refunded, pro-rated, or credited — whether or not you used the forecasts or any other feature during it. The same applies if you simply stop using the service, forget to cancel before a renewal, or your access is ended for a breach of our Terms. Membership fees are charged for access to the service during the period, not for individual readings, and access is provided in full for the whole period whether or not you choose to use it.
Promotions
Promotional or discounted purchases, including those made with influencer or partner codes, are non-refundable.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any right you may have that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other applicable law.

Questions about your order, or didn’t receive a reading you paid for? Email support@fortunesynthesis.com with your account email and order details, and we’ll respond within 2–4 working days.
