Refund Policy

Fortune Synthesis is operated by Leo Trading Pte Ltd (Singapore). All prices are in SGD and payments are processed securely via Stripe. This page explains when our readings and memberships can be refunded, and how to reach us if something has gone wrong.

One-off readings

The Complete Synthesis report (a one-off purchase of S$88) and our Compatibility readings (S$12 each, or S$30 as a bundle) are digital, personalized products. Each reading is generated specifically for you and delivered to you immediately.

Because of this, one-off readings are non-refundable once the reading has been generated and delivered. We encourage you to read the free preview and the product description carefully before you buy, so you know exactly what you’re receiving.

When we will refund or re-deliver

We want you to receive what you paid for. If something on our side goes wrong, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at support@fortunesynthesis.com if:

• A technical error prevented your reading from being generated or delivered.
• You were charged in error, or charged twice for the same purchase.

In these cases we will re-deliver your reading or refund the affected purchase, whichever is appropriate.

Memberships

Membership (S$35 per month, or S$388 per year) is an auto-renewing subscription that delivers your monthly and weekly forecasts. You can cancel anytime from your account through the Stripe customer portal.

Cancelling stops all future renewals, and you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for a current period that has already started.

Promotions

Promotional or discounted purchases, including those made with influencer or partner codes, are non-refundable.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or any other applicable law. Those rights remain fully intact.

To request a refund or re-delivery, email support@fortunesynthesis.com with your account email and your order details. We’ll respond within 2–4 working days.
